The service is supported by the Student Transportation Fee and the Student Government Association (SGA).
The shuttle is wheelchair accessible. Boarding is subject to the following priority guidelines:
- Students: Registered students with a valid, unexpired, FSC ID have primary use of the shuttle and priority boarding at all times.
- Faculty and Staff: Current faculty and staff members with a valid FSC ID may use the shuttle, provided space is available after all students have boarded.
- Guests: Guests may use the shuttle only if accompanied by a current FSC student with a valid, unexpired ID, and only if space remains available.
Passengers are considered to be on college premises while on the shuttle, students and their guests must adhere to the Student Code of Conduct. Noncompliant faculty and staff may be reported to the Office of Human Resources. In accordance with the Tobacco Use Policy, smoking, vaping, and the use of all tobacco products are strictly prohibited inside the shuttle and at all shuttle stops.
To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all, passengers must:
- Follow all instructions provided by the shuttle operator.
- Use headphones when listening to music, watching videos, or playing games and cell phone conversations should be kept brief and at a low volume to maintain a professional environment.
- Keep aisles clear of bags and personal belongings.

Service is suspended on weekends, during winter/summer breaks, and when classes are canceled due to weather. Real-time location updates are available through the FSC Shuttle Tracker.
The College strives to maintain the published shuttle schedule; however, service is subject to traffic, weather, emergencies, and campus events. Shuttle arrival and departure times are estimates. The College reserves the right to alter routes, stops, or schedules at any time without prior notice to accommodate campus events or emergencies.
The College is not responsible for delays caused by traffic congestion, road construction, inclement weather, or mechanical issues. The College is also not liable for any missed connections (including LIRR trains), appointments, or classes resulting from shuttle delays or cancellations.
