2026 Annual Option Transfer Period Announcement
The 2026 Annual Option Transfer Period and Pre-Tax Contribution Program Election Period (PTCP) for New York State employees is December 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. Employees who wish to request a change during the annual Option Transfer Period must complete and submit a Health Insurance Transaction Form (PS-404) by December 31, 2025. Late enrollment provisions for adding family members may still apply. For 2026, Opt Out enrollees are not required to re-enroll in the plan as long as they continue to meet the eligibility requirements.
