The Newman Civic Fellowship honors one student who have helped in expounding upon the College’s mission to “promote civic engagement' and "'strengthen relationships with the Long Island community and beyond."
2024 Community Service Awards
The Community Service Awards recognize students, faculty, staff, and groups that demonstrate a commitment to community service. Recognition event will take place on April 18, 2023 during the Day of Service.
2024 Future Funding Community Engagement Grant
Applications Due: March 8, 2024
The Future Funding Community Engagement Project awards a monetary grant to faculty, staff and/or a department to be used for a future community service project/initiative in summer 2024-spring 2025.
The 2024 Day of Service is April 18th, 2024.
