Events & Workshops

Everyone can benefit from learning in a group setting about a particular topic. The Writing Center offers workshops and events throughout the semester for students to explore particular topics in writing more deeply.

The format is activity and discussion-based with a focus on developing personalized strategies. Workshops serve as both a refresher for more experienced writers and an introduction for students who are newer to writing and want to learn foundational skills.

Workshops are open to all FSC students.  

Preregistration is not needed, but seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please check-in at the front desk upon arrival and make sure to have your FSC student ID card with you.
