The Farmingdale Institute for Lifelong Learning, known as FILL, provides adults with
the opportunity to continue learning, stay socially connected, and participate in
meaningful programs throughout the year.
With one annual membership, members receive access to unlimited FILL courses, lectures, workshops, and social events, along with a year-long parking pass, a 50% discount on eligible course auditing opportunities, and additional discounts on select social events and special programs.
Whether you are interested in exploring a new subject, returning to the classroom, attending lectures, joining social activities, or simply becoming part of a vibrant community of lifelong learners, FILL offers something for every interest.

Membership runs from August 1 through July 31. Membership and Fall registration begins July 1st. Winter, Spring and Summer registration begins Monday, December 7th.
Membership includes unlimited FILL courses, lectures, workshops, and social events included with membership, as well as a year-long parking pass, a 50% discount on eligible auditing opportunities, and additional discounts on select social events and special programs.
Many FILL events are included. Some special events, trips, meals, materials, or premium programs may require an additional fee. These events will be denoted as "Social+".
Members may pay $35 per month for 8 active program months. Monthly payments are only charged during the active months of the program.
Yes. A year-long Farmingdale State College parking pass is included with membership. A member of the FILL Staff will communicate with members on parking details prior to the start of the semester.
Yes. FILL members receive a 50% discount on eligible course auditing opportunities. Auditing is based on course availability and approval.
Yes. After becoming a member, you will still register for the individual courses, lectures, workshops, and events you wish to attend so we can manage rosters and space limits.
