At the Institute for Learning in Retirement, our aim is to develop opportunities for sharing knowledge and skills with others. We offer an opportunity to enjoy active learning while meeting wonderful new people of similar age with varied interests. The Institute is made up of men and women, retired professionals, who share a commitment and appreciation for learning. We look forward to many years of exciting, educational programs.
So where are we going and what we plan to offer you:
- An opportunity to enjoy active learning while meeting wonderful new people or similar age and interests.
- No long-term commitments; groups meet for two hours once a week, for either four or eight weeks.
- A lecture series- multiple lectures per year- presented by experts with various backgrounds.
- Additional benefits: attendance at College events, an Institute of Learning in Retirement benefit.
