"New" Service Desk Portal
The Information Technology team has implemented a new helpdesk system for the campus. The new "Service Desk Portal" is powered by a tool called TeamDynamix and will provide opportunity for both IT and our campus constituents to take advantage of new processes and workflows for IT support. In addition, TeamDynamix provides a number of self-service options via a newly developed customer portal.

Laptop Loan Program for Students with Financial Need
The Campus has a plan to distribute and loan Laptops as a resource for those students
in financial need.
