Service Desk Portal

The Information Technology team has implemented a new helpdesk system for the campus.  The "Service Desk Portal" is powered by a tool called TeamDynamix and will provide opportunity for both IT and our campus constituents to take advantage of new processes and workflows for IT support.  In addition, TeamDynamix provides a number of self-service options via a newly developed customer portal.

IT provides and maintains many types of services and software to support the school's mission. We continually review, expand, and upgrade these services to proactively support the college's evolving computing needs.
