Welcome to the School of Business Internship Program

The School of Business Internship Program is a credit-bearing internship program for Farmingdale State College students enrolled in the Business Management, Business Analytics, Global Business Management, Computer Programming and Information Systems, Computer Science, Applied Economics, Sports Management, Horticultural Technology Management, Visual Communications: Art & Graphic Design, and Interaction Design degree programs.

A credit-bearing internship is more than just a job; it's a valuable employment experience. Held in a professional setting, students are able to explore and learn about their specific field of study. While students intern, they are also enrolled in an internship class, where they learn to support a company's mission and goals and to develop professionally. Students will also complete assignments based on their experiences throughout the semester to earn credit, while employers are expected to provide a hands-on learning experience.

FSC's Internship Coordinators not only provide connections to qualified businesses and organizations, but also job readiness skills and resources in preparation for this real-world business experience. Please contact Lisa Lubrano Lisa Bordonaro-Lubrano or click on the button below and complete the form to learn more about this program and the eligibility criteria.
