Attend an upcoming Admissions information event to learn your next steps to enrollment at FSC.

Get started with your FSC RAM Portal

You can complete the majority of the necessary steps to enroll at FSC remotely by using your FSC RAM Portal. The portal will help you keep track of everything that you need to do as an accepted student.

You should have received an email with login instructions. If you forgot your password, please click “Reset Password” and enter the email address that you used to apply. Please contact the Admissions Office at 934-420-2200 or admissions@farmingdale.edu if you are having trouble signing in.

Commit to FSC

Pay your $100 tuition deposit to secure your place in the entering class.

Academic Advisement

Your Academic Advisement/Registration information is on your FSC RAM Portal. You can find this under your checklist items.

Register for Orientation

Schedule and pay for your orientation appointment using your FSC RAM Portal.

Housing Application

Submit your housing application and $50 deposit through your FSC RAM Portal.

Apply for Financial Aid

The Office of Financial Aid can provide you with information about financial support to help pay for college and assistance with the financial aid process. Submit your FAFSA as soon as possible for need-based federal and college-based grants, work-study opportunities, and loans. Sign in to your OASIS account to manage your student account and financial aid.

The deadline for the 2023-24 Excelsior Scholarship is approaching.

Submit Health Forms

All students are required to submit proof of immunization and a meningitis waiver form to the Health and Wellness Center, in accordance with New York State law. The Health and Wellness Center offers these and other most commonly needed forms. If you have any questions contact the Health and Wellness Center at 934-420-2014.

Disability Services Center

If you are a student with a disability: learning, ADHD, health issues that interrupt your day to day experiences, or any other disability, register with the Disability Services Center and complete the "Getting to Know You" form. Our team will reach out and learn how we can support your experience at FSC.

After Registration

Get Acquainted With Your Campus Email

You will receive your campus email address after you register for classes. Your student Gmail account is the primary way the campus will communicate with you. Farmingdale uses Google Apps for its student email accounts. Your Google Apps account will also give you access to other applications such as Google Docs and Google Calendar.

Obtain a Student ID and Parking Permit

Purchase a $30 parking permit at University Police. To obtain a student ID card, bring a copy of your student schedule or paid bill to University Police. Resident students can get a student ID card one week prior to move-in day. Commuter students can get one during the first week of classes.
