Information for New Incoming and Transfer Students

Welcome to Farmingdale!

New Incoming and Transfer Students

Here at the Disability Services Center we would like to help start your transition to Farmingdale State College.

There are a couple of things you can do before we meet you in-person/virtually:

  1. AFTER you have been admitted to the college, complete our "Getting to Know You" form.
Here is a link to the first step:  "Getting to Know You Form"
  2. Submit your documentation about your disability.  Scan and email documentation to our Office, at DSC email address.
  3. Work with a counselor to schedule a time to meet wherein access and reasonable accommodations will be discussed.
