LIRR

This freight bill shows evidence of the college shipping three cases of Russian Rifles to Governors Island, which at that time was a U.S. Army headquarters. In the archive, this freight bill is accompanied by a note from 1955 speculating that the school had a surplus of guns, thus identifying why the cases were shipped.
