Letter from Halsey B. Knapp, April 12, 1956

This is one of several original copies of a letter to faculty and staff by former college president Halsey B. Knapp. In the letter, Knapp mentions his decision to have the Memorial Oak transplanted to another location (where the tree currently resides) on the college's campus. A transcription of this letter can also be found here: Memorial Oak.
