Chronicle of Higher Education Access

To access Chronicle.com through the Library's website:

At the top of all library webpages, click on the link for "Databases" under the search box.

Select Chronicle from the A to Z list. 

If you are off-campus or not on the VPN, you will be asked to log in with your Farmingdale username and password before accessing the Chronicle. When you get to the Chronicle you will see "Premium Access provided by Farmingdale State College."  

This access method requires you to start at the Library's site each time, but doesn't require you to create a personal account at Chronicle.com.

To access the Chronicle.com without going through the Library's website: 

You an access the Chronicle from anywhere by creating a personal account using your Farmingdale.edu email address. 

Go to Chronicle.com. 

Click "Sign In" in upper right corner. 

Click "Sign Up" to create an account using your Farmingdale.edu email address. 

Open the confirmation email sent to your Farmingdale.edu email address to confirm your account. 

Now you can go to Chronicle.com from anywhere and log in with the account you created for full access.  This account is good on all of your devices.
