Work orders are submitted through ReADY Request, our online Work Management System. This user-friendly system will improve work order communication across campus. Users can quickly submit requests, monitor their status, and communicate with technicians throughout the process.
Work orders are for requesting maintenance and repair in our buildings and grounds.

In Case of an Emergency
Please be aware that if your work order request is of an urgent nature (i.e., major leaks, major electrical issues, major plumbing issues) please call 934-420-2017 during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. M–F) or 934-420-2605 after hours or on the weekends/holidays.
Any other emergency's, contact University Police at 934-420-2111.
