The Transcript Fee is mandatory and covers the cost of any transcript requests processed
through the Registrar's Office.

- Required for students enrolled in the Professional Pilot Program, or students who
elect to flight train at Farmingdale State College.

International Student Insurance |
International Student Insurance - Mandatory for all students from countries other
than the United States

Students from countries other than the United States are required to be covered by
the SUNY International Student and Scholar Health Insurance Program, and will have
the charge added to their bill.

Parking Decal |
All students who plan to bring their car on campus must purchase a Farmingdale State
College Parking Decal through the Campus Police website www.farmingdale.edu/campuspolice for a cost of $30.00. Click on "PARKING & TRAFFIC" then "PURCHASE PERMITS" and follow instructions. Parking decals are valid from August 1, 2019 to August
31, 2020.

The damage deposits are paid at the beginning of the first semester and are refunded,

Sickness/Accident Insurance |

Student Insurance provides coverage for both Sickness and Accident Insurance. All
students residing in campus housing will have the charge added to their bill, and
are required annually to sign a waiver and submit proof of personal insurance (by the published deadline) if they do not want
the coverage. Optional coverage is available for commuter students. The brochure,
