Above: Albert W. Berg some time in the 1940s reading the paper. His son Douglas suggests that perhaps he was relaxing in his "weekend" garden in Salisbury Mills, New York. That was where Albert's sister-in-law had a poultry farm. Doug also informs us that Albert smoked cigars into the 1950s and that as a result.
