How to Install Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams for Windows

1. Go to https://farmingdale.edu/office365.
2. Select and/or enter your Farmingdale email address.
3. If prompted, select "Work or school account".
4. At the Farmingdale login page, enter your Farmingdale username and password and click Sign in.
5. Click the menu icon and select Teams.
   
6. Click Get the Windows app.
7. When prompted with the pop up window, click Save File.
8. Now that you've downloaded Teams, log in with your Office 365 email credentials to get started.

Microsoft Teams for Mac

Download Microsoft Teams to your Mac to use the instant messaging and online audio/video meetings tool.

1. Go to https://farmingdale.edu/office365.
2. Enter your Farmingdale email address, password and click Sign in with your Farmingdale username and password.
3. Click the menu icon and select Teams.
   
4. Click Get the Mac app. Once Teams is downloaded, the program walks you through installation.
   
5. Sign in using your Farmingdale email address and password.

Teams for Android or iPhone

For all mobile devices, you will need to visit your app store to download Microsoft Teams. The steps you follow will depend on the type of phone you have. But start by searching your app store for Teams from Microsoft. Then download that app. Follow the specific prompts once the app is downloaded.
