Coronavirus Update: Campus Recreation
Campus Recreation is examining how we can build an exciting remote E-Sports community as well as sharing methods with you on how to stay physically fit during this challenging and stressful period.
Participating in Campus Recreation is a great way to relieve stress, stay in shape, meet other students and continue to play the sports that you love. Best of all, there is little or no cost to participate in Campus Recreation activities and events.
Campus Recreation includes traditional intramural leagues and tournaments, fitness and group exercise classes, off-campus trips to professional sporting events as well as exciting outdoor pursuits.
Intramural Leagues are 100% FREE to join and include flag football, soccer, indoor and outdoor sand volleyball, dodge ball, basketball, softball, ultimate frisbee and more! All sports offer both a men's league and co-ed league. Students have the option of creating their own team or entering into the leagues as a free agent, which will allow them to be placed onto team with other students.

Fitness & Group Exercise Classes
Fitness and Group Exercise classes are 100% FREE to join and include Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Abs & Core workouts, cardio workouts, upper body strength workouts and flexibility workouts taught by a wide variety of certified instructors.
- Exciting Outdoor Pursuits are activities like hiking, biking, skiing, rock climbing and white water rafting run through the Department of Campus Recreation.
- Professional Sporting Events are trips led by the Campus Recreation Department to Major League Baseball games, NBA games, NHL games, MLS Soccer as well as NFL games!
