Campus Recreation

Participating in Campus Recreation is a great way to relieve stress, stay in shape, meet other students and continue to play the sports that you love. Best of all, there is little or no cost to participate in Campus Recreation activities and events.

Campus Recreation includes traditional intramural leagues and tournaments, fitness and group exercise classes, off-campus trips to professional sporting events as well as exciting outdoor pursuits.


CALLING ALL GAMERS!!! We are home to a robust esports program and one of the most dynamic esports facilities in the region. With 12 high-performance PCs and 6 gaming consoles, the esports room is an exciting addition to campus that showcases Farmingdale as a premier destination for college students on Long Island and in the region. The esports room, located in the lower level of Conklin Hall, is open Monday-Friday and open to all students!

Want to take your game to the next level? Join our Esports Club, which competes regionally and nationally in popular games such as League of Legends, Super Smash Bros, Rocket League, and many more! Intramural Leagues

Intramural Leagues are 100% FREE to join and include basketball, soccer, flag football, volleyball, outdoor sand volleyball, dodgeball and more! All sports are open to all students, who have the option of creating their own team or being placed on a team as a free agent. 

You can sign-up and view all of our Intramural League offerings through IM Leagues .

Fitness & Group Exercise Classes

Fitness and Group Exercise classes are 100% FREE to join and include Yoga, Abs & Core Bootcamp, Cardio Kickboxing, and flexibility workouts taught by a wide variety of certified instructors.
