Fitness & Group Exercise

Our classes are drop-in fitness classes taught by certified instructors and designed for participants of all levels. Classes are FREE for Farmingdale students and staff with a valid Farmingdale ID Card. A diverse array of classes are taught throughout the course of the year including Cardio, Strength, Yoga, Zumba, and more.

Let's Get Fit
AMPFit Bootcamp

These high intensity interval sessions are a challenging full-body workout that will have you burning calories and getting fit! This well rounded conditioning program will get you moving and energized to take on the day. Great for all levels of fitness!

Classes run Mondays & Wednesdays

Session 1 | 12-1 pm
Session 2 | 1-2 pm
Session 3 | 2-3 pm

Let's Get Strong

The expert coaching staff at AMP will take you through a balanced full-body strength training plan designed to help you feel stronger! We will use resistance to build muscle, shed fat, and burn calories. Never strength trained before? Don’t worry, we will make sure the workout is modified to accommodate all fitness levels. Let’s get stronger!

Classes run Tuesdays & Thursdays
