ACE Summer Immersion

What is the ACE Summer Immersion?

The ACE Summer Immersion is a free two-day program designed to assist ACE students with their transition to Farmingdale State College. Attendees will have the chance to build connections with fellow ACE students and their ACE Success Team, get familiar with the campus, and create a sense of belonging. 

Note: Summer Immersion is not a residential event and students are responsible for their transportation on both days. Feel free to contact staff with any concerns. 

ACE Summer Immersion Session:

Exclusively for incoming Fall 2026 ACE students, all accepted ACE students will be required to attend our 2-day Summer Immersion Session. Summer 2026 dates are Monday, August 10th & Tuesday, August 11th, 2026.

ACE Summer Immersion Perks:

ACE students who participate in the Summer Immersion will:

• Get a head start to their Farmingdale experience
• Build meaningful connections with students and staff
• Become familiar with campus grounds and college resources (i.e. Financial Aid, Nexus Career Center, etc.)
• Participate in interactive workshops and activities
