MaryAnn McKeever-Alfieri is Vice President of R&D, Analytical Science & Chemistry at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she leads global analytical strategies that support product innovation, quality, and regulatory compliance across the company’s diverse beauty portfolio. She brings deep expertise in analytical chemistry and materials characterization, partnering closely with R&D and manufacturing teams to advance scientific rigor, ensure product safety, and enable cutting‑edge formulation development.

Throughout her career, MaryAnn has played a pivotal role in translating complex scientific challenges into scalable, high‑performance solutions that meet both regulatory standards and consumer expectations. Her leadership has strengthened the integration of analytical science into innovation pipelines, driving consistency, reliability, and excellence across global operations.

MaryAnn holds a B.S. and M.S. in Chemistry, with a thesis concentration in analytical and organic compounds, as well as an MBA in Business Management with a concentration in Data Analytics. Her current focus centers on process improvement and the integration of artificial intelligence into laboratory innovation and experimental chemistry.

Based in Long Island, New York, MaryAnn is actively involved in environmental conservation efforts supporting the preservation of the Great South Bay and its wildlife. She is also a long‑standing advocate for breast cancer research and was a founding corporate member of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
