Getting Help

Is the Library open?

As of now, Greenley Library is CLOSED. However, staff are on-call to provide remote library services and help.

How can I talk to someone to get help?

You can email Email, or click "Ask a Librarian" on the right. You will get a reply 7 days a week, and can schedule a phone call or chat session if you request. 

Textbooks

How can I access Textbooks, including the Library's Reserve Textbooks?

We have access to VitalSource.com, which is providing FREE ONLINE ACCESS TO MOST TEXTBOOKS until May 25. Create an account and search for your textbooks to add up to 7 texts to your free bookshelf.

If your textbook is not in VitalSource.com, email the Library with the Book Title and Course Number and we will get back to you about access options.

Interlibrary Loan

Can I request Interlibrary Loans (ILL) while the Library is closed? 

 We are continuing to accept ILL requests for non-physical items, such as articles or chapters that can be sent digitally. We are not able to accept ILL requests for items such as books because we are not open to receive them, and most lending libraries are also closed.
