Restroom Rehabilitation Project
The ADA Bathroom Upgrades project (FSC Project No. 2022-15) involves extensive renovations of various restrooms on campus to improve accessibility and comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The work will include selective demolition of existing walls, floors, fixtures, and ceiling components. New construction will feature the installation of updated plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, lighting, electrical systems, and new finishes such as tiles, paint, and flooring. The project will also include the installation of new mechanical systems, restroom accessories, and fire safety upgrades. These improvements will enhance both the functionality and appearance of the restrooms, ensuring they meet ADA standards. The project was completed by the fourth quarter of 2024.
Knapp Hall First Floor Rehabilitation
The rehabilitation of Knapp Hall (FSC Project No. 2021-01) involves the renovation of approximately 20,600 square feet of space, including the first floor and part of the basement, while the second floor will remain in use during construction. The project will include interior upgrades such as asbestos abatement, the addition of new restrooms, offices, classrooms, lounges, and storage areas, as well as mechanical rooms. Exterior improvements will include the installation of new doors, light fixtures, and a mechanical yard, as well as connecting basement drains to underground lines. The project will also feature new mechanical systems, a sprinkler system throughout the work area and University Club, and electrical upgrades. The project was completed by the third quarter of 2023.
Lupton Hall Window Replacement Phase 2
The "Replace Windows Lupton Hall – Phase 2" project (SUCF Project No. 261054-00) focuses on replacing select windows and upgrading other key features of the building to improve energy efficiency and functionality. This phase includes the replacement of all overhead and swinging exterior doors, as well as the IRTT skylight. Additionally, obsolete mechanical equipment at the IRTT will be removed, and restoration work will be done on exterior lintels and associated masonry. These upgrades aim to enhance the building's energy efficiency and overall condition. The project was completed in the third quarter of 2025.

University Police Department:
The "Partial Renovation at University Police Headquarters" project (FSC Project No. 2023-06) involves extensive work to upgrade the University Police Headquarters, transforming an existing 1,000-square-foot greenhouse structure into an emergency response center, training facility, and high-security storage area. The project includes selective demolition of walls, foundations, roofing, finishes, and equipment, along with environmental remediation. Proposed improvements include new footings, foundations, roofing, walls, finishes, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical work to support the new use of the space. Additionally, a 500-square-foot standalone storage building will be constructed next to the headquarters to store supplies and equipment. The project was completed in the third quarter of 2025.
Inner Campus Grounds Rehabilitation Phase 4:
The Site Infrastructure Phase 4 project (FSC Project No. 2023-05) focuses on rehabilitating and improving the interior campus grounds. The work includes the demolition of existing exterior pavements, curbs, ramps, stairs, site lighting, and other amenities to make way for the construction of new asphalt parking areas, drives, decorative concrete pavement, curbs, ramps, and site lighting. Additional improvements will include the installation of exterior signage, landscaping, tree removal, and overall maintenance of sidewalks, roadways, and other campus infrastructure. These upgrades aim to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the inner campus grounds. The project was completed in the third quarter of 2025.
