Cold Spring Harbor Lab- DNA Workshop

Spring 2025

Students visited Cold Spring Harbor's Laboratory to learn about DNA sequences. In this lab, students compared DNA from “evidence” and “suspects” using restriction enzyme digest and agarose gel electrophoresis. Students then analyzed the results to draw conclusions about each "suspect."

Career Day

Spring 2025

Students heard from professionals across different fields including science, architecture, entertainment, business, criminal justice (and more!), and had the opportunity to ask questions and network with professionals to help plan for their next steps after high school.
