Natalie Ryan is a strategic partnership builder and government affairs professional with more than a decade of experience connecting organizations, communities, and leaders across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

Currently serving as Senior Manager of Government Relations & Corporate Affairs at Henry Schein, Inc., Natalie leads a portfolio spanning three distinct but interconnected areas: overseeing the company's Employee Resource Groups as a trusted advisor and coach, setting the strategic direction for Team Schein Engagement and leading the team behind it, and driving the company's government relations efforts.

Her career spans some of the most dynamic corners of civic and institutional life, from managing operations at Cornell University's Institute of Politics and Global Affairs, to serving on the congressional staff of Congressman Steve Israel, to building community partnerships for The Nature Conservancy on Long Island. What defines Natalie's work across every role is her ability to bring people together around a shared purpose.

Natalie carries a deep curiosity about the world that has taken her to more than 20 countries, and she is equally enthusiastic about exploring the restaurants, culture, and natural beauty Long Island has to offer. Born in Lima, Peru and raised on Long Island, she currently resides in Bellmore with her husband and their two cats.
