Security Systems

The Security Systems B.S. program trains students to understand security technology applications. Most classes are in a lab environment, where students receive hands-on experience with the hardware and software tools to protect digital information, digital systems, and physical resources from malicious attacks.

The curriculum focuses on computer security, digital forensics, physical security, and security law and policies. Graduates are prepared for careers in corporate security, federal, state, and local security agencies, as security analysts, or in cybersecurity consulting firms.
