RESERVE YOUR SEAT VIEW THE DAY
"Knowing AI Matters..."
— Is very different from knowing what to do with it. This course starts with the business- not the technology.
FROM HYPE TO IMPLEMENTATION
Make AI useful inside the organization you already lead.
AI That Works is designed for business owners, executives, and organizational leaders who want to identify valuable use cases, redesign work intelligently, manage risk, and move one high-value opportunity toward implementation.

FIND THE RIGHT OPPORTUNITY
Identify where AI can improve productivity, customer experience, decision-making, revenue, or organizational effectiveness.

REDESIGN THE WORK
Clarify what AI should do, what people should do, and where human judgment and accountability must remain.

BUILD AN IMPLEMENTATION PATH
Leave with a practical 90-day roadmap that moves one priority initiative from idea to pilot.
YOUR IMPLEMENTATION PORTFOLIO
You will leave with work completed- not just notes.
Throughout the day, you will apply the course directly to your own organization and assemble an AI Implementation Portfolio.
- AI Opportunity Map
- AI Readiness Assessment
- AI Business Case for one priority opportunity
- Before-and-After Workflow Map
- Five AI Operating Rules
- 90-Day AI Implementation Plan
One Day. A clear progression from understanding to action.

applied planning are integrated throughout the day.

Dr. Jennifer Wisdom
Dr. Jennifer Wisdom is a clinical and organizational psychologist, leadership consultant, executive coach, author, professor, and speaker with more than 25 years of experience across military service, nonprofit organizations, higher education, healthcare, government, and private-sector settings.
Her work focuses on helping leaders and organizations improve performance, implement change, develop managers, and navigate complex organizational challenges. No, though bringing a real organizational challenge, process, or opportunity is strongly recommended. You will work on it throughout the day.
The course provides a framework for evaluating solutions and vendors, but it does not recommend one platform. The business need comes first.
