Freshman Document Submission

Documents required for application:

  • High School Transcript

Please talk to your school counselor about submitting your documentation digitally. Counselors can submit your documents digitally through the following:

  • SUNY Application
  • Naviance
  • Parchment Docufide
  • Other Document Submitting Software

Other Recommended Documents:

  • Letter(s) of Recommendation
  • Mid-Year Transcript
  • SAT and/or ACT Scores
  • Final Transcript
  • Resume
  • Supplemental Application
  • College Credits (if credits are not from Farmingdale, please contact the college's registrar office to have that transcript sent)
  • AP Score Report sent through CollegeBoard
  • Misc. Documents

To submit unofficial documents, please utilize our Document Drop Box. You can upload documents that we have requested via this Drop Box. We accept Word documents, PDFs, or scanned image files. You will need to login using your FSC Ram Portal username and password. You will receive this information by email after you apply.

If you are home schooled, you will need to provide the following documents:

  • High School Transcript
  • Letter from Home District
  • Home Schooled Applicant Letter from the District Superintendent

If unable to submit transcript digitally, you can send by mail to our scanning facility:
