Dominique Duliepre, was chosen as a 2022/23 recipient of the Norman R. McConney, Jr. Award for EOP Student Excellence.  This award celebrates EOP students who have overcome significant obstacles in life to achieve educational and personal excellence.  FSC is incredibly proud of Dominique's achievements, growth, and exceptional success throughout his academic journey.  

Dominique graduates May of 2023 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology with a focus on autonomous systems and networks.  Duliepre is the founder and president of the National Society of Black Engineers RAM Chapter and a member among several professional and student organizations: Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), board member on the Collegiate Science and Technology Entry Program (CSTEP) advisory board, and a student leader on the Student Affairs and Services Committee (SASC).  Additionally, throughout the course of his academic career, Dominique launched several campus initiatives in collaboration with FSC executive faculty and staff to enhance the college experience for all; inclusive of the First - Generation College Student Committee.  Alongside his active role to these foremost activities, Duliepre simultaneously represented the EET department as an electrical engineering emissary.
