Wine and Food Classic

FSC is excited to invite faculty, staff, alumni, and community members to the 2026 Long Island Wine & Food Classic.

This all-inclusive culinary event will showcase tastings from more than 30 restaurants, Long Island wineries, craft breweries, and premium spirits, along with live entertainment and interactive experiences.

Hosted by Tasting Long Island Events, the evening is curated by Culinary Director Chef Eric LeVine and features entertainment by DJ CHEF. A single ticket includes unlimited food and beverage tastings, live music, and entertainment throughout the event.
