The new Master of Science in Construction Management program at Farmingdale State College prepares professionals to lead the planning, development, and management of complex construction projects.

Designed for graduates in construction management, architecture, business, engineering, engineering technology, and related disciplines, the program offers an affordable pathway to advanced study and career advancement.

Located in one of the nation’s most active construction markets in New York City and Long Island, the program is closely aligned with regional industry needs. Coursework emphasizes sustainable practices, infrastructure improvement, and the application of emerging technologies, including Building Information Modeling (BIM) and green construction methods. Students build both the technical expertise and leadership skills required to address evolving challenges in today's construction marketplace at the regional and national levels.

The program offers maximum flexibility and can be completed in as few as two semesters. Students may enroll full-time or part time, and most classes are held in the evening to accommodate working professionals.
