Computer Science

Students Learning

The Computer Science B.S. degree is a student-centered and industry-informed program that prepares graduates for employment or graduate study in computer science. Students develop proficiency in software design and algorithms through a combination of individual and team-based core courses. They also have the opportunity to explore specialized areas through electives, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile computing, and data science.

After completing most of their coursework, students collaborate in teams to develop final projects based on their interests and real-world challenges. Throughout the program, students learn to analyze, design, and build complex software components to solve relevant industry problems. Our graduates are well-prepared for careers in software and web development, software quality assurance, data analytics, and other technical fields.
