Green Belt training emphasizes structured problem-solving using the Six Sigma DMAIC framework (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), along with more advanced tools for data analysis and process optimization.

FSC firmly believes in open-access with applied expectation. Meaning, this certificate course is open to all working professionals, FSC Students, Staff, and Alum. Students must have at least 3 years of work experience in one or more areas of the Six Sigma Green Belt Body of Knowledge.
