Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society
One of the highest honors a Farmingdale student can receive, is election to Phi Theta Kappa, the National Junior College Honorary Scholastic Society. Mu Omega is the local Farmingdale chapter.
How to Determine if you Qualify for Membership:
- Are you currently enrolled in a two-year program?
- Associate in Arts (Liberal Arts and Sciences AA)
- Associate in Sciences (Criminal Justice AS)
- Associate in Applied Sciences (Dental Hygiene AAS, Landscape AAS)
- Do you have a GPA of 3.5 or higher?
- Have you completed 16 credits or more?
If you answered yes to all three questions, then you are eligible for Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and all of the lifetime benefits.
