What's Changed In Word-of-Mouth Marketing |
Overview Understand how modern word-of-mouth feeds the customer journey, and how to make sure
your reputation shows up clearly when buyers go looking However, the customer journey has fundamentally changed for both B2B and B2C businesses. · Referrals no longer lead directly to a call - they lead to online research · Even strong referrals get verified through your website, LinkedIn, reviews, and overall digital presence · If your value and credibility aren’t clear online, the conversions from your referrals stall or disappear · If you're not on social media - you're invisible to millennials, Gen Z, and Gen Alpha · Networking opens the door, and your digital presence determines whether people walk through it (and call or click) · Businesses now need to scale their trust, expertise, and consultative approach online This session helps small businesses understand how modern word-of-mouth feeds the new customer journey, and how to make sure their reputation shows up clearly when buyers go looking. Presenter: Devra Prywes, Managing Director & Co-Founder -Wheelhouse Marketing
