The Spring and Summer 2020 semesters have been incredibly unique here at Farmingdale State College, across the nation, and throughout the world. Despite these challenges, I wanted to take a moment to share how we, in the RAM staff, are incredibly proud of your hard work and perseverance throughout this past academic year.
The COVID19 pandemic reshaped our society in ways that we could not have imagined. We all faced the headaches and challenges, together. Through it all, you were not only able to adapt and adjust to the current climate, but excel.
I am excited to share with you that during this past academic year, as a collective of 700 students, you achieved an average GPA of 3.16 and nearly 50% of all RAM Scholars made Dean's and President's List!
As we embark on this next semester, I urge you all to "begin with the end in mind." Try your best to start the semester with confidence and enthusiasm. Know that we are here to help guide you through this challenging time and that your RAMily will be here to answer any questions you may have. We are confident in your abilities and we are with you every step of the way.
