Dr. Laurie Rozakis is a full professor of English/Humanities at Farmingdale State College, winner of the prestigious Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Teaching. She earned her B.A. and M.A. from Hofstra University and her Ph.D. from SUNY Stony Book. In addition to serving as the Director of the Writing Across the Disciplines program at Farmingdale State College, Dr. Rozakis is active on many campus-wide committees and especially enjoys serving as the Chief Justice on the University Traffic Court.
