2026 Multicultural Gala
Movement and Music
Join us in celebrating our diverse campus community! The Multicultural Gala showcases the many cultures of our students, faculty, and staff with performances, games, and displayed student artwork. Drop by to watch a performance, participate in multicultural trivia for prizes, and taste dishes from around the world. This year will feature jerk chicken, chicken pad Thai, samosas, spanakopita, jollof, ham croquettes, mochi, and tres leches!
This year we will share our beautiful cultures through movement - dance and sport - and music.
We need your help to make sure all cultures on campus are represented! We welcome proposals that explore physical motion, rhythm, cultural traditions, and expressions of movement in all their forms. Solo performers, groups, and ensembles are all encouraged to apply. Selected performers will be featured at the Multicultural Gala and contribute to an evening that highlights the diversity, talent, and shared experiences of our campus community. The application is now closed.
This year's Gala will feature musical performances by Annamaria Collorafi and Dr. Eric DeSena, and dance performances by the Farmingdale Stampede Step Team, Farmingdale Fusion, Ms. Francesca and Dancers of Roseland School of Dance, St. Paraskevi Greek School Student Dance Group, St. John's Hellenic Dancers of Bluepoint, and more!
The Multicultural Committee invites you to represent your culture and learn about others' culture with help from the Student Government Association and Provost's Office.
