OURS Faculty Mentor Information Session

The Office of Undergraduate Research and Scholarship (OURS) would like to invite all FSC Faculty and Staff to our Faculty Mentor Information Session where we will be providing information on our newly established department, while also discussing the ways in which we can support the FSC Faculty and staff in their research endeavors. Building off of the success of long running programs like the Summer Undergraduate Research Institute and IGNITE Symposium, which are now housed within the Office of Undergraduate Research and Scholarship, OURS is looking to provide Faculty Mentors with opportunities to advance their research through meaningful guided student mentorship and potential funded programming. 

Please join us for this information session, as it will also provide guidance to faculty and staff looking to apply to the upcoming 2027 Summer Undergraduate Research Institute, a funded 10-week long summer research experience where faculty mentors are paired with dedicated student research assistants.
