PHPA Series: LECOM School of Dental Medicine Presentation & Soap Carving Workshop

The Pre-Health Professions Advisement Office is pleased to host the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) School of Dental Medicine for an engaging presentation and hands-on workshop with Dr. Susan Calderbank, DDS.

Dr. Calderbank will provide an overview of LECOM’s School of Dental Medicine, admissions requirements, and the unique aspects of their program. Following the presentation, students will participate in a soap carving workshop designed to help strengthen manual dexterity skills, an essential ability for aspiring dental professionals.

This is a valuable opportunity to learn more about dental education while practicing a skill-building activity that directly supports your preparation for dental school.
