to a non-judicial countywide office. Sheriff Toulon will speak on how he is revolutionizing criminal justice,

Officer Mark Ellis was killed in the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks while rescuing victims trapped in the World Trade Center. Officer Ellis had served with the New York City Police Department for four years, assigned to Transit District 4. He was survived by his parents and sister. Officer Ellis was posthumously awarded the New
York City Police Department's Medal of Honor for his heroic actions. Officer Ellis graduated FSC as a Criminal Justice major in 1997.
