Special Governance Meeting

 

 

Per the Governance Bylaws Sections 10.3.2 and 10.3.3,  Special Governance Meetings can be called by the Farmingdale Executive Committee.  

The Teller’s Task Force is prepared to display various forms of remote voting.  The purpose of this meeting is to sample and assess those methods in a setting that mirrors a regular Governance meeting.  

As such, it will be extremely helpful to have attendance both in person and remotely.
