Take an Art Break: Dot Pots

Take an Art Break is a workshop series at the Writing Center. Featuring different mediums of art, all students, faculty, and staff may use the Writing Center space at designated times to create and take home a custom art piece. No previous art experience necessary, and all materials are provided.

Pre-registration is not necessary, but seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our April project is dot pots! Plant some creative seeds in a customized terracotta pot using acrylic paint and Q-Tips. For the full schedule, visit here.

Take an Art Break includes a brief tutorial on the different mediums and strategies followed by open studio time. A new project is featured for every month.

Participants may attend at any point between 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

All skill levels are welcome. Available while supplies last.
