2022 Winter Commencement

Please review the following information regarding your Winter Commencement:

• Students:
  • Graduates must arrive at Nold Hall no later than 9:30 a.m. for check-in, instructions, and line-up.
• Guests:
  • Doors will open 1 hour prior to the ceremony.
  • Guests may park in Student Lot #7 (VIP and handicapped parking), Staff Lot #8 or Student Lot #9. Please reference the campus map for locations.
• Please note:
  • Wearing masks is welcomed at Commencement, but not required. 
  • For special seating accommodations, please email commencement@farmingdale.edu.
  • The event will be live streamed for those who are unable to attend in-person. Please check the Farmingdale State College homepage on the day of the event for the live stream link.
  • Flowers and gifts for the graduates will be available for purchase at Nold Hall before the event.
    • We ask that you please not bring any balloons or objects that may obstruct the view of those around you.

Please note: in case of inclement weather, the ceremony will take place on Wednesday, December 21 at 11 a.m.
