The Office of Marketing & Communications earned high honors in the 37th Annual Educational Advertising Awards competition. Four of the seven winning projects took the Gold, with top honors awarded for the “2021 President's Gala Video,” the “Top Six Ways FSC is Keeping You Safe Video,” the “Class of 2026 Digital Backgrounds,” and the “FSC Acceptance Package.”
The Educational Advertising Awards is the largest, oldest and most respected educational advertising awards competition in the country. This year, over 2,000 entries were received from over one-thousand colleges, universities and secondary schools from all fifty states and several foreign countries. Judges consisted of a national panel of higher education marketers, advertising creative directors, marketing and advertising professionals.
Each of FSC’s awards received were for projects that showcased the unique and collective skill sets of the entire Marketing & Communications team – FSC’s highly-skilled designers, photographer/videographer, writers, and web programmers were all essential in each award that was received. What’s most to be celebrated, is many of the submissions included the works of larger institutions using outside-agencies, where FSC’s award winning projects were all developed in-house during a year of significant staffing transition with three retirements, reassignments, and new leadership, while working on a frozen budget.
Listed below are the seven winning entries out of the seven projects FSC submitted. There were over 2,000 submissions from 1,000 Colleges to 54 categories. Every entry for Farmingdale received an award!
