East Meadow Resident Wins Excellence in Teaching Award from SUNY

Dr. O'Sullivan joined the full-time faculty in 2007, and teaches courses in computer systems and business management. She is focused on increasing the number of courses in the Computer Systems Department that represent cutting-edge practices in information systems and technology.

The author of six books in her field, she was praised by the Selection Committee as one whose "scholarly abilities and creative activities complement her classroom instruction and serve to solidify her reputation as an outstanding scholar and teacher."

The Chancellor's Award is conferred to acknowledge and provide recognition for consistently superior professional achievement and to encourage the ongoing pursuit of excellence. Through these awards, SUNY publicly proclaims its pride in the accomplishment and personal dedication of its instructional faculty, librarians and professional staff across its campuses.
