Travel Information & Airfare

Travel Form: As soon as you have been officially accepted into your program, look into booking your flight and uploading the itinerary to your online application. 

Airfare: Booking your flight as far in advance will save you money and time. Depending on the program, you may have to complete the flight arrangements yourself. When making flight arrangements, it is your responsibility to: 

• Arrive by the requested host institution date
• Check if there is a welcome orientation and if your program offers airport pick-up
• Pay attention to the number of flight connections (if you have a layover)
• Confirm & check into your flight(s) 48 hours in advance before departure
