Professor Renz Nikka De Gula received her Master's in Nursing Education in 2023 from the CUNY School of Professional Studies. She has been an RN since 2018, with a variety of clinical experience, ranging from school nursing, medical-surgical nursing, long-term care, and neuro-critical care. She is certified in medical-surgical nursing (MEDSURG-BC) and critical care nursing (CCRN). She still practices in the Neurosurgical ICU and is pursuing her PhD in Nursing at Adelphi University.
