SUNY Faculty Development Community of Practice

These face-to-face meetings* will bring together those who support teaching and learning and faculty/staff professional development efforts throughout the SUNY system. The meetings will be highly interactive with participants leaving with concrete and practical ideas they can implement on their campus right away. 

 

The fall 2023 meetings will focus on problem solving and resource sharing in two faculty development areas:

• Artificial Intelligence in Teaching and Learning
• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Social Justice (Inclusive Teaching & Curriculum, Equity in Assessment & Learning Outcomes)

Participants will leave the meeting with an action plan applying what they learn to assist faculty on their campus in one or both of these areas.
