AI in Teaching and Learning

Hosted by: The Faculty Center

ChatGPT, Bard, Bing and AI have taken the world by storm but AI is embedded in many of the technologies that we work with daily. Technologies that offer suggestions for replies, corrections for grammar, connecting research together are all parts of AI that have been developed and are currently available in our daily lives. The Faculty Center would like to invite you to join us for an online panel discussion on AI in Higher Education. Our discussion will include:

  • Designing assessments with AI in mind
  • Referencing AI as a source
  • Trajectory of AI in education

Our Panel members will be:

  • Danielle Apfelbaum: Scholarly Communications Librarian
  • Alicia Brienza: Director of the Writing Center
  • Dr. Emma Stamm: Assistant Professor in Science, Technology and Society
